On behalf of the Mareeba Rodeo Committee, thank you for joining us for an unforgettable weekend at Kerribee Park! Your energy, spirit, and support made the 75th Mareeba Rodeo one of the most exciting yet.
From the downtown parade and the epic State of Origin showdown to the thrills of bull riding, freestyle motocross, the Women’s Ranch Bronc Ride, and the live music—this year’s event had it all. We were proud to welcome Kurt Shephard, Australia's #1 ranked bull rider, back home to compete in front of a roaring local crowd.
You helped make history with:
New grandstand seating and the Great Northern Rodeo Bar on the Hill
Australian Idol finalist Keely Ellen on the main stage
The return of FMX Kaos with jaw-dropping stunts
And two full days of world-class rodeo action!
We also loved seeing the town come alive with decorated shopfronts, cowboy hats, and smiling faces across the shire. It’s this country spirit that makes Mareeba Rodeo more than just an event—it’s a tradition.
